Changelog

What shipped, and when.

The platform is in founding beta, which means it changes most weeks. This is the record of it, so “evolving weekly” is something you can check rather than something you have to take on faith.

Dates are the day a change reached members. Mobile changes arrive over the air, or in the TestFlight build named beside them. Infrastructure, testing and internal tooling are left out — this is what you would notice.

  • Dining out, end to end: the restaurant meal is planned before you go and measured at the table.
  • Weight is presented as a measurement rather than a verdict — the trend leads and the daily number follows.
  • Recovery shows its working: HRV against your baseline, sleep, and yesterday's load, together with what argues against the number.
  • A home time zone you set yourself, so your day reads correctly on every surface while you are traveling.
  • DEXA results carry per-limb detail — arms, legs and trunk read separately rather than as a single figure.
  • Blood pressure shows the trailing week alongside today's reading, labeled as such.
  • Sleep composition opens from the recovery tile.
  • Step data feeds the expenditure model at hourly resolution.
  • The running workout appears on the iPhone Lock Screen as a Live Activity.
  • Recipes and logged meals stay linked — archive a recipe and you are told what still uses it.
  • Skipped and Logged badges on meal cards, on both the phone and the planner.
  • Deload, RIR ramp and emphasis fold behind a Programming toggle, each with its explanation attached.
TestFlight build 82
  • The Apple Watch companion runs the session on your wrist: sets are logged there, and survive the app being backgrounded or closed mid-workout.
  • Warm-ups ramp fully for the first exercise of a muscle group and groove in for the rest.
  • Billing goes live — checkout and customer portal through Stripe, at the founding rate, cancel any time.
