Stay elite on the road

The advisory,
run in the open.

A physician-integrated recomposition system for professional men who live on the road. The instrument is live today, and five seats on the advisory above it are open.

The diagnostics interpreted. The training programd. The medical levers coordinated with the clinician who prescribes them. Five seats, because one man reading five men's numbers every week is the honest limit.

The Gap

Two industries. One missing layer.

Longevity clinics measure you, hand you a report, and leave. Fitness coaches write workouts and count macros, blind to the medical stack. Between them sits the layer that actually produces the result — interpretation, integration, weekly adjustment.

Longevity clinics

Diagnosis without execution

World-class panels, DEXA, a beautiful PDF — and no one to build the plan, adjust it weekly, or make it survive a travel week.

The Bespoke Physique Protocol

The operating layer

The connective tissue between the medical infrastructure and daily execution — one advisor reading the whole stack and running the system for you.

Fitness coaches

Execution without integration

Workouts and macros, delivered with energy — but no ability to interpret a DEXA, keep a blood panel trended for the physician who reads it, or work alongside a physician-supervised protocol.

The Engagement

Everything upstream of effort, handled.

This is an engagement, not a program you administer yourself: the analysis, the planning, the coordination and the watching done for you, by one operator, against your real data. Today it runs that way for one person — me. Making it run that way for you is the work described further down.

Nutrition, authored.

Complete weekly meal plans built to your DEXA-derived targets — the meals, the exact amounts, the consolidated grocery list. Regenerated when the data moves, not when you get around to it.

Training, programd.

A periodized program authored for you and progressed every week — sets, targets, and the reasoning behind every change. Three sessions a week, each with a travel-ready variant.

Protocols, coordinated.

The medical levers, properly supervised. Routed to competent clinics, organized into schedules with dosing math, packed for every trip. The system measures and coordinates; licensed physicians prescribe.

Data, interpreted.

DEXA reports and blood panels become trended markers. Morning weight becomes a rolling trend. Recovery, adherence, and energy balance flow in automatically — and someone is actually reading them. Daily.

Adjustments, made.

When recovery dips or the trend stalls, the protocol changes before you'd have noticed the problem. You hear about it in Slack — not in next month's review.

Access, direct.

One advisor, 5am–9pm Central, asynchronous by design. Slack for the quick question, video messaging for the deeper one. No scheduled calls to survive.

The Road

Built for the life you actually live.

Most programs fall apart the first time you leave town. This one was designed on the road — every travel-week failure point solved, because the person who built it lives on airplanes too.

Travel, planned in one action

Duplicate a week for travel. Every protocol item generates a computed packing list with a buffer — exactly how many units to bring for the trip window.

Dining out, primed

Paste the restaurant's menu before you go and every dish becomes loggable — the client dinner planned like any other meal, not surrendered to it.

Adherence that understands the road

Road meals on trip days are excused, not counted against you. A missed blood pressure reading is logged as "traveling, no cuff" — an honest gap, not a guess.

The Instrument

You log where it is easy. I read what it produces.

The platform exists so the service can be quiet: clean data in, zero friction for you, high signal-to-noise for the man watching it. A week of meals is planned at a desk, what actually arrived is logged at the table, and the working weight sits on your wrist rather than on a phone you pick up between sets. None of it is a report you have to write me — I am reading the same record you are, the day you make it. Every number below is real, drawn from the founder's own protocol.

The web planner — a client's day at a glance: weight against the weekly average, recovery, energy balance, glucose time in range The web planner — the mesocycle editor: per-muscle emphasis, RIR ramp, deload policy, and per-set starting loads
The Cockpit

Web planner

Where your program is authored and monitored — a single day at a glance. Weight against the weekly average, recovery, live energy balance, glucose time in range, today's meals against their plan, and the session up next — with the active phase pinned at the top of the day. One button duplicates the week for travel. It reads like a fintech dashboard, because that's what it is.

The Road Companion

iOS app

Two jobs, one app. On the left: the day, ranked — an "Up Next" queue surfaces what's due (a reading, the next meal with its macros, the evening stack) in priority order, with trips and notes one tap away. On the right: the session — the engine's prescription pre-filled for every set, grouped by muscle, one tap to log, one button to close it out. Signal rides in the tab bar. One-handed, in motion.

Hands-Free at the Rack

Apple Watch

Start a session on the phone and the watch opens itself. The warm-up ladder first — percentages, loads, and the plates per side, never logged against you. Then the working set: set count, target weight × reps, the exact plate line. Adjust with the Digital Crown, log the set, move on. Same lift, same math, no watch-side arithmetic to get out of sync.

The Intelligence Layer

Signal

An AI layer with structured, read-only access to your entire dataset — twelve purpose-built views, every one returning real numbers. It reasons the way a good advisor does: excuses travel days from adherence, respects scale noise, refuses to call a trend on too few weigh-ins.

Measurement over motivation, always on — so nothing about your protocol waits for morning.

A real Signal exchange: a three-pound overnight scale jump explained against the 7-day trend
Reconstructed from the founder's live dataset — every figure is a real number.

The instrument is also available on its own, self-run. See the app →

The Advisor

A single operator on top of the instrument.

I'm James Miller, and I'm not a physician. I don't interpret your labs, I don't prescribe, and I don't practise medicine. I read your numbers, I build the plan, and I work alongside your clinician — the one you already have — who does the medical work. If you want someone who will do all of it, I'm not him, and I'd rather say so on this page than in month two.

You keep your doctor. I'm not replacing that relationship and I'm not supplying one of my own. If you decide to pursue something your doctor won't prescribe, the clinician you choose for that is yours to choose — and I take nothing from any of them. No referral fee, no revenue share, no arrangement of any kind, with any laboratory or clinic, ever. If that changes it will be stated in large type before you read another word.

What I am is an engineer. The first decade of my career was spent writing code; the twelve years since, as a solutions consultant in enterprise fintech — mapping complex systems, integrating platforms, and engineering outcomes for billion-dollar institutions. From the road.

In 2023 the road was quietly winning and I decided it wasn't going to. The missing piece was never effort. It was the interconnected system: precise nutrition, the medical levers properly supervised, and rigorous measurement of everything that matters. So I built the operating system to run it.

I'm still on the road — enough to hold American Airlines Platinum Pro while holding an elite physique. Twelve DEXA scans in ten months, every one published, including the ones that went the wrong way. I'm the buyer, the proof and the builder at the same time.

Every engagement is direct, asynchronous and high-touch: through Slack and the platform, monitored against real data, adjusted before something becomes a problem. This is not a side project by a personal trainer. It's a performance system, operated by the man who built it.

The Principle

Measurement over motivation.

01

The trend, not the reading

Body weight is a 7-day rolling average against the prior seven — never a single noisy morning. The system refuses to call a trend on too few data points.

02

Adherence that understands travel

Day-level meal and protocol adherence, with road days excused rather than counted as misses. The standard adapts to the life, not the other way around.

03

The mechanism is legible

Every training prescription carries its reasoning. Every extracted marker carries its assay context. Nothing is a black box, because a man who runs a business trusts what he can inspect.

The Education Layer

The Power Four

A structured, self-guided course on four restoration compounds at the frontier of performance medicine — what they are, what the evidence shows, and how to evaluate them in partnership with your physician.

Six modules · Evidence-forward · No hype

Explore the course

The full engagement integrates the medical levers for you. The Power Four exists for the man who wants to understand them first — the science, the regulatory landscape, and the questions worth bringing to a competent clinic. Education, not prescription.

The Advisory

Open, and capped at five.

The instrument is live and you can run it yourself today. On top of it, five seats are open: one operator reading five men's numbers every week and doing the thinking — the analysis, the planning, and the coordination between clinic, lab and kitchen. Five is the cap, not an opening number.

What the engagement covers

  • The full instrument — planner, iPhone, Apple Watch, Signal
  • Your DEXA scans and lab panels held, trended, and read in context
  • Training programd as mesocycles, progressed from your logged sets and how the work felt
  • Nutrition authored against macro targets, with the restaurant meal handled
  • Physician-supervised protocols coordinated — your licensed clinician prescribes; this system organizes and measures

What it looks like on the road

  • A structured intake before day one, so the first week starts from evidence rather than a conversation
  • Your diet built from that intake, your DEXA and your targets
  • Training written for the gym you actually have that week — the one with everything, or the hotel with almost nothing
  • Substitutions at the rack when the equipment is not there. Travel is unpredictable; the program should not be

How it starts. Tell me what you are trying to change and what your numbers currently say. If it is the pattern this is built for, we talk. If it is not, I will tell you so and point you at what would actually help — the instrument at $9.99 a month, or the course. Write to me directly: james@thebespokephysique.com.

Client-managed, separate: DEXA scans (~$100–150 each), telemedicine clinic fees for supervised protocols (~$250–500/month), gym access. The system organizes and measures; licensed clinicians prescribe.

Founding Five

Five founding clients. That's the offer.

The first five men, at the rate above, in exchange for the private case studies the engagement produces. Not a discount, not a countdown. Access, deliberately limited. Discretion is absolute: no names, no photos, no trophies.

If you run your business on data and want your body run the same way — the door is open.
